Vending Machines

Clay County is seeking a vendor to provide vending machines for the Facilities Management Department. The vendor will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and restocking the machines, as well as providing a list of proposed items and selling prices. The vendor must also comply with all local, state, and federal ordinances, codes, laws, rules, regulations, and directives. The contract will be for a period of one year, with the possibility of four one-year renewals. The vendor must provide a minimum of 15% low-fat, reduced-calorie, and/or low-sodium products. The vendor will be required to pay the County a percentage of gross receipts from all vending and related machines. • The vendor must have at least one year of experience in providing similar services. • The vendor must provide references from at least three public entities, local governments, or private companies. • The vendor must comply with all requirements and specifications stated in the IFB. • The vendor must provide firm, fixed pricing for all services and equipment. • The vendor must provide a list of proposed items and selling prices. • The vendor must provide a plan for refunds and customer service.
