Gwinnett County is seeking a vendor to provide county‑wide, annual maintenance services for its entire fleet of computers, printers, scanners, servers, and related peripheral devices. The contractor must staff local technicians capable of responding on‑site within four hours, deliver preventive maintenance on a scheduled basis, and supply all parts, labor, and travel in an all‑inclusive price. The contract runs for an initial one‑year term with the option to renew for up to four additional one‑year periods, totaling a possible five‑year engagement. • Service coverage includes > 6,500 users and > 10,000 devices across more than 100 county facilities.
