9th Ward Stadium Athletic Facility Operator

The Orleans Parish School Board is seeking a qualified operator for the 9th Ward Stadium Athletic Facility. The selected firm will be responsible for managing the facility, including event scheduling, concessions, and marketing. The firm will also be required to provide professional management services, ensure the facility is well-maintained, and maximize revenue. The contract term will be for three years with an option to renew for two additional one-year periods. • The facility will be used for various events, including sports and entertainment events • The operator will be responsible for booking and scheduling events, with priority given to the football program at G.W. Carver High School • The operator will be required to provide professional management services, including marketing and promotions • The operator will be responsible for managing food and beverage services at the facility • The operator will be required to report actual Disadvantaged Business Enterprise sub-consultant or distributor participation and the dollar amount of each service/task
