Furnish & Install (3) Mercury Outboard Engines - Fire Boat

The Town of Stratford’s Fire Department is seeking a qualified Mercury Marine dealer to remove three existing 300 HP Verado outboard engines from its fire boat and supply and install three new 300 HP SeaPro outboard engines. The contractor must be a certified Mercury dealer, provide all equipment, parts, labor, shipping, warranty coverage, and be able to perform annual maintenance and emergency service year‑round. Bids must be submitted in paper form; electronic submissions are not accepted. • Remove three existing Verado 300 HP outboards. • Supply three new Mercury 300 HP SeaPro outboards (including all accessories). • Install the new engines on the fire boat, perform all necessary rigging and testing. • Provide warranty work, annual maintenance, and emergency haul‑out support for the life of the engines. • Include all costs: equipment, parts, labor, travel, shipping, freight, tools, overhead, and profit. • Bidders must be an authorized Mercury Marine dealer. • Submission deadline: 19 Oct 2026 (paper only).
