Furnish & Install (3) Mercury Outboard Engines - Fire Boat

The Town of Stratford Fire Department is seeking a qualified Mercury Marine dealer to remove three existing Verado 300 HP outboard engines and supply and install three new Mercury 300 HP SeaPro engines on its fire‑boat. The contractor must be an authorized Mercury dealer, capable of handling warranty work, annual maintenance, and emergency haul‑outs year‑round. The bid must include all costs – equipment, parts, labor, travel, shipping, tools, overhead and profit – and must be submitted on paper (no electronic bids). • Remove three existing 300 HP Verado outboard engines. • Provide three new 300 HP Mercury SeaPro outboard engines. • Perform full installation, testing, and certification on the fire boat. • Provide warranty coverage, annual maintenance, and 24/7 emergency service. • Submit a single, paper‑based bid covering equipment, parts, labor, travel, freight, tools, overhead and profit.
