Norwalk City Hall EV Station Project

The City of Norwalk is seeking qualified vendors to upgrade the existing electric vehicle (EV) charging infrastructure at Norwalk City Hall. The scope includes removal of outdated equipment, installation of new high‑power EV charging stations, associated electrical conduit and wiring work, and any required civil modifications to accommodate the equipment. Work must comply with municipal specifications and local building codes, and all materials and labor are to be provided by the contractor. • Upgrade and replace existing EV charging hardware at City Hall • Install new electrical conduit, wiring, and underground services as needed • Perform any required civil work (e.g., concrete cutting, paving restoration) • Provide all labor, materials, permits, and inspections • Complete work within the municipality’s schedule and budget constraints
