Supplemental Custodial Support Services

The Las Vegas Convention and Visitors Authority is seeking a contractor to provide supplemental custodial support services on an as-needed basis. The services will include restroom cleaning, custodial duties, and other tasks as required. The contractor will be expected to provide all necessary labor, supervision, and on-site management to perform the services. The contract will be for a period of one year, with the option to extend. The authority reserves the right to negotiate and enter into an agreement with any proposer at any time. Key aspects of the job include: * Providing approximately 5,000 hours of custodial services per year * Supplying up to 26 custodial personnel per event * Ensuring all custodial personnel have at least one year of prior experience * Maintaining a balanced staffing composition, with approximately 50% male and 50% female custodial personnel * Ensuring all staff are properly trained, uniformed, and equipped to perform assigned duties * Coordinating with the authority to ensure timely arrival and full compliance with scheduled staffing levels * Maintaining a clean, safe, and professional environment that reflects positively on both the authority and the contractor
