The State of South Dakota Department of Social Services is seeking a qualified vendor to design, conduct, and analyze a statewide child‑care market‑rate survey and accompanying narrow cost analysis. The effort includes developing multilingual survey instruments, collecting data from roughly 700 child‑care providers, producing detailed technical reports and public‑facing summaries, and delivering a user‑friendly cost‑projection tool.
