(RFP) 27-14, Concession Operations at North Mt. Carmel Recreation Center - Annual Contract

Henry County is seeking a qualified vendor to operate and manage the food and beverage concession at the North Mt. Carmel Recreation Center on an annual basis. The contractor will be responsible for all aspects of concession service, including staffing, inventory, equipment, licensing, insurance, and compliance with local, state, and federal regulations. Proposals must be submitted by September 23 2026, with a non‑mandatory pre‑proposal conference and site visit on September 2 2026. The award will be made by the County Board of Commissioners after evaluation of technical and cost proposals.
