Description
The State of Louisiana, Office of State Procurement, is issuing a blanket‑order solicitation (RFx 3000026813) for the supply of fresh white and wheat sandwich loaves to the Louisiana State Penitentiary canteens. The contract will commence upon award and run through June 30 2027, with the possibility of two additional 12‑month renewals (maximum 36 months). Quantities are estimated at 1,600 white loaves per week (≈70,000 loaves total) and 650 wheat loaves per week (≈34,000 loaves total), delivered on Mondays and Thursdays to six on‑site locations. Bids must be submitted electronically via the LaGov vendor portal by the opening date of 11/10/2026 10:00 AM CT; a virtual bid opening will be streamed via Zoom. The award will be made to the lowest responsive and responsible bidder; the State reserves the right to reject individual line items. All prices must be firm for the contract period, inclusive of delivery, and invoiced per delivery.
