WYOMING FRONTIER INFORMATION HEALTH INFORMATION EXCHANGE SOLUTION

The system will provide a secure and efficient way to share health information among healthcare providers and patients. The proposal should include a detailed plan for the development and implementation of the system, as well as a description of the proposer's experience and qualifications.
