The Indian Health Service (IHS) is issuing a Sources‑Sought notice to identify Indian Economic Enterprises (IEEs) capable of providing continuous electric utility services to the Blackfeet Service Unit (BFSU), associated government quarters, and the Heart Butte Clinic in Montana.
