Comprehensive Campaign Consultant & Feasibility Study Services

Eastern Kentucky University seeks a qualified consulting firm to conduct a multi‑year comprehensive fundraising campaign feasibility study and to provide ongoing campaign counsel. The work is divided into two phases: a feasibility study that validates a campaign goal of $100‑$150 M, conducts 50‑100 stakeholder interviews, and delivers a strategic report; followed by campaign planning and counsel that includes branding, donor‑capacity analysis, prospect identification (especially for the new College of Osteopathic Medicine), tool‑review recommendations, and monthly on‑site support. The contract will run from August 3 2026 through June 30 2028 with up to two one‑year renewals, for a maximum term of four years. The university requires detailed methodology, experience with higher‑education fundraising (particularly medical‑school campaigns), and a not‑to‑exceed fee for each phase and each contract term. • Conduct feasibility study – interview 50‑100 stakeholders, analyze donor capacity, validate $100‑$150 M campaign goal, produce strategic report. • Provide ongoing campaign counsel – branding, messaging, prospect identification, tool review, training, monthly on‑site support. • Deliver a multi‑year contract (initial term Aug 3 2026–June 30 2028, possible two‑year extensions) with detailed NTE pricing per phase and term. • Must demonstrate experience with public‑university fundraising, especially new medical‑school campaigns, and comply with Kentucky procurement rules.
