Budget estimate

$730,000 – $1,500,000

The solicitation does not disclose a contract ceiling. Based on typical municipal temporary‑relocation rates (approximately $100‑$150 per unit per night) and an assumed average of 20 units for a 12‑month period, annual spend could range from $730,000 to $1,100,000. Adjustments for premium services, administrative overhead, and possible renewals could push the high end toward $1.5 million.
