The County of Hawai‘i Civil Defense Agency is seeking a single, brand‑new all‑wheel‑drive passenger van with a high roof and seating for 12‑15 occupants. The vehicle must be model year 2026 or newer, equipped with a diesel or gasoline engine (≈208 hp, 332 lb‑ft torque), automatic transmission (≥9 speeds), and a full suite of safety and driver‑assistance features (ABS, airbags, lane‑keep, blind‑spot assist, etc.). The van must be delivered fully assembled, registered, and stocked with manuals, warranty documentation, and a full fuel tank to the County’s Automotive Equipment Division in Hilo.
