Pumkin Fest Stage, Lighting and Audio Services

The City of Laconia is seeking proposals from qualified contractors to provide comprehensive stage, lighting, and audio services for the Laconia Pumpkin Festival scheduled for October 24, 2026. The selected contractor shall furnish all labor, equipment, materials, programming, software, permits, supervision, coordination, testing, operation, and removal necessary to deliver a complete Stage, lighting, and audio experience. The proposal must include project approach and work plan, firm qualifications, resources, and staffing, relevant experience with similar events, at least three professional references, description of safety practices and regulatory compliance, and a completed pricing form. • Minimum stage size: 20' x 15' • Elevation: 4-5 feet • Weather-resistant, outdoor-rated construction • Positioned with the back facing the Bank of New Hampshire entrance and oriented toward the parking lot • ADA-compliant access (ramp or stairs) • Safety railings and non-slip surfaces • Professional audio system with minimum 5,000 watts per side • Professional stage lighting for daytime and evening use • Backline equipment, including professional 5-piece drum kit, cymbals, stands, and hardware • Generator required for stage power
