Delaware State University seeks a qualified vendor to provide comprehensive janitorial and cleaning services for approximately 598,000 sq ft of campus facilities, including academic buildings, residence halls, apartments, and common areas. The contract is for a three‑year base term with two optional one‑year extensions, and service hours run Monday‑Saturday, 7:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. The scope covers daily cleaning of restrooms, corridors, lounges, and high‑traffic areas; weekly deep‑clean tasks; periodic event support; and optional add‑on services such as window washing and electrostatic disinfection.
