The City of Lee’s Summit is seeking qualified engineering firms to provide design and construction‑management services for the rehabilitation or replacement of two 20‑inch ductile‑iron water‑main segments (approximately 4,900 ft total). The scope includes record‑drawing review, topographic surveying, easement acquisition, design of alternative alignments, cathodic‑protection inspection and repair, preparation of construction documents and cost estimates, pre‑bid conference support, bid evaluation, and construction‑phase services such as submittal review, site visits, pay‑application processing, change‑order review, and final punch‑list verification. Submissions are limited to a three‑page Statement of Qualifications (plus optional appendix) and must be uploaded electronically by the deadline.
