On-Call Large Format Printing Services

The Port of Portland is seeking an experienced provider to deliver on‑call large‑format printing services on an as‑needed basis. The contract will run up to five years, with the ability to issue one‑year increment extensions, and may be used for a variety of print products such as posters, banners, wall murals, vehicle decals, and other graphics required by the Port. The work is non‑exclusive, with no guaranteed minimum volume, and each task order will have its own budget (up to $500,000) under a total contract ceiling of $2 million. Providers must handle design file preparation, proofing, production, finishing, delivery, and optional installation, while complying with quality, sustainability, and insurance requirements. • Provide full‑service large‑format printing (materials, labor, equipment, finishes). • Support a wide range of substrates (vinyl, fabric, specialty plastics) and deliver high‑quality colour‑accurate graphics. • Submit competitive rate schedules; pricing will count 15 % of the evaluation. • Demonstrate experience with government/port projects, a solid project approach, community‑investment plans, and environmentally‑responsible practices.
