Description
The Muscogee County School District is seeking a Construction Manager at Risk (CM) to act as the general contractor for the Columbus Public Library HVAC Project. The scope includes replacing HVAC equipment, an emergency generator, and associated construction activities such as cost estimating, constructability reviews, scheduling, phasing, and value‑engineering. Proposals must be sealed and submitted by November 19, 2026. A mandatory pre‑proposal conference is scheduled for November 3, 2026; attendance is required for bid eligibility. Evaluation will be based on CM stability, experience, management plan quality, past performance, and fee percentage. The contract will be awarded under an AIA A133‑2019 agreement with a guaranteed maximum price (GMP) and payment based on cost plus fee.
