Instructional Leadership Coaching and Professional Development

The Roosevelt Elementary School District #66 is seeking proposals for Instructional Leadership Coaching and Professional Development services. The selected partner will support the District in strengthening leadership systems, improving coaching and feedback practices, developing sustainable instructional frameworks, and ensuring consistent implementation of the District’s instructional priorities. The District serves a diverse student population, with a majority of students coming from Hispanic and underserved communities. The proposal should include information on the vendor's experience supporting schools with high percentages of economically disadvantaged students and multilingual learners, as well as their approach to supporting instructional planning for multilingual learners and students with disabilities. Some key aspects of the proposal include: • Experience supporting schools with high percentages of economically disadvantaged students and multilingual learners • Approach to supporting instructional planning for multilingual learners and students with disabilities • Experience supporting MTSS implementation • Approach to supporting leaders and teacher teams in effective instructional planning • Tools, resources, templates, or implementation materials provided to support leadership development and instructional systems implementation • Availability and capacity to provide ongoing support, troubleshooting, and follow-up assistance between scheduled coaching sessions or site visits
