Kilton LIbrary Community Room AV upgrade

The contract is for the upgrade of the Kilton Library's community room AV system. The scope of work includes the installation of new display, video, audio, and control systems, as well as the provision of equipment and labor for the project. The contract has a total value of $47,789.63 and is scheduled to be completed by January 31, 2025. The vendor, Pro AV Systems, will provide all necessary equipment and labor for the project, while the City of Lebanon will provide the necessary power and infrastructure for the installation. • The contract includes the installation of a new 82" display, two HDMI connections, a new Dante-enabled microphone array, and a two-channel wireless microphone system. • The vendor will also provide a new pan/tilt/zoom camera, a wall-mounted 7" touch panel, and a wall-mounted equipment rack. • The contract includes labor costs for the installation, commissioning, and testing of the system, as well as costs for shipping and handling. • The City of Lebanon will provide a safe storage area for the equipment and will be responsible for providing power to the equipment. • The contract includes a warranty period of 90 days from the date of acceptance or first beneficial use, during which time the vendor will correct any problems at no charge.
