Record & Playback Systems

This contract extends Fauquier County’s existing Record & Playback Call Recorder system to continue providing a primary recording‑channel license, software support, and upgrade services for public safety communications. The extension runs for a two‑year period and retains all original terms and pricing as negotiated in Nice’s public safety quote. • Scope: hardware/software call‑recording system, primary channel license, Inform Elite support and upgrades. • Duration: July 1 2025 – June 30 2027 (retroactive start, fixed‑price). • Parties: Fauquier County Government & Public Schools (owner) and Nice Systems Inc. (sole vendor). • No additional renewal options; contract terminates on 6/30/27 unless superseded by a new RFP.
