Description
This contract is for providing housing quality standards inspections for various programs, including the Residential Emergency Repair Program and the Housing Choice Voucher (Section 8) Program. The contract was cancelled due to not all required rates being requested in the IFB document. The County of Hawaii will rebid the contract shortly. Key services include initial inspections, re-exam inspections, damage inspections, repair inspections, and no-show inspections.
