This solicitation seeks a comprehensive governmental accounting software system for the City and Borough of Wrangell, Alaska, including full conversion of data from the existing FundWare platform. The scope covers core financial modules (General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Payroll, Accounts Receivable, Utility Billing, Property Tax Management, Cash Receipting, Sales Tax, Requisitioning, and Bank Reconciliation), customization of reports, licensing and maintenance, ongoing support, implementation services, and training. Vendors must provide detailed itemized pricing, a five‑year cost‑of‑ownership projection, and demonstrate experience with municipal accounting solutions. The Borough will evaluate proposals on functional fit, implementation plan, support structure, cost, and references, and may accept or reject any submission.
