Description
This solicitation seeks a qualified contractor to provide comprehensive janitorial and custodial services for eight City‑owned facilities, including the Operations Center locations and the Wilmington Metropolitan Planning Organization office. Services are required twice weekly at each site and encompass daily cleaning, disinfecting, trash removal, floor care, restroom sanitation, and periodic deep‑cleaning tasks (monthly high‑dust, quarterly high‑glass, etc.). The contractor must supply all cleaning equipment and green‑product chemicals, while the City provides paper products and liners. All work must be performed after 5 PM on weekdays, with background‑check‑cleared staff, uniformed personnel, and an on‑site supervisor. The contract runs from award until June 30 2025 with up to two one‑year renewal options and a 2 % price escalation per renewal. Evaluation will be criteria‑based, weighting technical competence (30 pts), approach/methodology (30 pts), and cost (40 pts).
