Description
The County of McHenry is procuring an online marriage‑license application system to replace its current paper‑based process. The solution must enable couples to initiate applications online, upload identification documents, process payments, support multiple languages, and integrate with existing county systems (OnBase and DevNet) for data migration. Additional requirements include secure access controls, configurable data fields, automated license expiration notices, custom reporting, ACH transmittal of daily deposits, and the ability to generate certified copies and commemorative certificates. Demonstrations (virtual or in‑person) are required for selected vendors, and the contract will include ongoing maintenance, support, and possibly hosting on a recurring annual basis.
