The City of Wilmington is seeking a qualified contractor to deliver a comprehensive, city‑wide HVAC preventive‑maintenance, repair, and emergency‑response program for 21 municipal facilities over a three‑year base term, with two optional one‑year extensions. The work includes quarterly inspections, filter changes, seasonal start‑ups, coil cleanings, repairs of failed or worn moving parts (subject to prior City approval), and 24‑hour emergency service with a 2‑hour on‑site response.
