Description
This contract is a university‑wide three‑year renewal of KnowBe4 security‑awareness training covering both Gold and Platinum tiers for 16,000 user licenses. Wayne State University issued a Request for Quotation (RFQ) on January 24 2023, received proposals by January 30 2023, and subsequently awarded the contract to AKA Comp Solutions. The agreement requires the vendor to provide training subscriptions, submit regular usage reports, maintain specified insurance coverages, and comply with various university certifications and reporting requirements.
• Scope: 8,000 Gold seats + 8,000 Platinum seats (total 16,000 licenses) for a three‑year term (Feb 28 2023‑Feb 27 2026).
• Delivery: Services must commence by February 28 2023 with ongoing access through the contract period.
• Requirements: Vendor must submit unit pricing, maintain CGL, auto, workers’ comp, and property insurance, provide three references, and deliver monthly/quarterly usage reports.
• Payment: Invoices payable within 30 days via ACH; price validity through September 30 20__ (year left blank).
