Stadium and Event Cleaning Services

Poudre School District R-1 is seeking bids for stadium and event cleaning services for French Field and PSD District Stadium. The services include pre-season cleaning, post-event cleaning, and post-season cleaning. The contractor will be responsible for providing all labor, materials, and equipment necessary for satisfactory contract performance. The contract will commence upon full execution of the agreement and shall continue through and including July 31, 2024. • Pre-season cleaning includes accumulated trash and easy-to-manage outside debris removal, and a thorough cleaning of the restrooms, locker rooms, concession area, and press box. • Post-event cleaning shall take place immediately following each scheduled athletic event. • Post-season cleaning will be combined with the final post-event cleaning of the season. • The contractor must provide proof of insurance that meets the insurance requirements stated in the IFB document. • The contractor must maintain required insurance during the term of the contract. • The district will provide access to the premises and related facilities for regular working hours or outside regular working hours and days as requested by the district.
