Wayne State University’s Athletic Department is procuring a university‑wide travel‑arrangement provider to manage all hotel, charter‑bus, and air‑travel logistics for its sports teams. The selected vendor will act as the single point of contact, negotiate and sign travel contracts on the university’s behalf, front up to $2 million in travel costs each year, and maintain 24/7 customer service.
