The Housing Corporation of East Windsor (HCEW) is seeking qualified architectural and engineering firms (or a joint team) to provide on‑call professional services that will support the expansion of the Park Hill Neighborhood. The work will involve design, planning, permitting, and construction‑administration services for affordable, low‑ and moderate‑income housing projects, aligning with the East Windsor Housing Authority’s mission for safe, decent, and sanitary housing. • On‑call service model – vendors respond to project needs as they arise. • Scope includes architectural design, civil/structural engineering, site planning, and construction‑administration. • Projects are residential multi‑unit dwellings and related infrastructure within East Windsor, CT. • Vendor must be capable of handling multiple phases from schematic design through construction close‑out. • Services are to be performed for the Housing Corporation of East Windsor, a nonprofit housing developer.
