Custodial Equipment

Topeka Public Schools is seeking proposals for the purchase of custodial equipment for various buildings. The equipment includes pacer upright vacuum, x-39r carpet fan, edic 2700rc cr2 touch-free restroom cleaning system, shovelnose wet/dry vacuum, rev1500 chariot style scrubber, and venom electric burnisher. The successful vendor will be required to provide service data information, including operation manuals and preventive maintenance schedules. The vendor must also provide detailed manufacturer's descriptive literature of the product offered. The contract will be for a period of 90 days, with delivery to be coordinated with the district's warehouse supervisor. The district reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to waive any informality or immaterial defect in bids. • The contract will be awarded to the lowest responsive bidder whose offer conforms to the solicitation and is considered the most advantageous to the district. • The district reserves the right to terminate the contract for convenience or for cause. • The vendor must comply with all applicable federal and state laws, including those related to immigration and reform. • The vendor must provide a certification regarding debarment and non-collusion. • The vendor must provide proof of insurance, including workmen's compensation and public liability insurance.
