Description
The Metropolitan Government of Nashville & Davidson County is seeking an experienced security‑consulting firm to provide comprehensive security planning, master‑plan and system‑design services, risk assessments, and project oversight for its facilities. The work will be performed on an as‑needed, indefinite‑delivery/indefinite‑quantity (IDIQ) basis, requiring expertise with specific security platforms (JCI P2000, Lenel OnGuard, Milestone, Pelco Endura) and the ability to produce CSI Division 28 specifications, AutoCAD/Revit drawings, and full design documentation. The contract mandates background‑check clearance for all personnel, adherence to strict EBO (MBE/WBE) and SBE/SDV participation goals, and comprehensive insurance coverage.
• Scope includes security master‑plan development, risk‑assessment reports, and detailed design of access‑control, video‑surveillance, and intrusion‑detection systems.
• Must demonstrate proven experience with JCI P2000, Lenel OnGuard, Milestone, and Pelco Endura platforms and integration between Lenel and Milestone.
• Mandatory deliverables: cost spreadsheet, project approach, qualifications, EBO documentation, MISA questionnaire, and various affidavits; all submitted electronically via iSupplier.
