The Partnership is seeking a qualified consulting firm to provide pre‑construction, construction‑phase, and close‑out advisory services for an affordable senior‑housing project (≈99 units) at 5202 University Avenue, San Diego. The consultant will develop cost estimates, schedules, assist with GC selection, monitor construction, evaluate change orders, and prepare final close‑out documentation.
