Thermo Fisher Scientific Maintenance Services

The National Institute of Standards and Technology (NIST) is seeking information on contractors who can provide maintenance and repair services for existing Thermo Fisher Scientific equipment. The required services include a service agreement, guarantee of full system performance, unlimited emergency visits, repair and replacement of parts, preventive maintenance visits, and technical support. The contractor must have at least two years of experience on the Thermo Fisher Scientific instrument or third-party accessories. • The contractor shall provide engineers or technicians fluent in the operation of the equipment. • The contractor shall guarantee the full system performance of the instruments, including third-party accessories. • The contractor shall provide unlimited emergency visits during regular business hours, in addition to scheduled preventive maintenance visits. • The contractor shall repair and replace all parts required for the operation of the systems. • The contractor shall provide preventive maintenance visits during each one-year term of the service agreement. • The contractor shall provide emergency instrument service with a guaranteed response time of 3 business days. • The contractor shall provide telephone and email access to instrument technical support and application technical support.
