The State of Maryland’s Highway Administration is seeking a qualified vendor to provide comprehensive preventive maintenance and repair services for 27 overhead doors (19 in Snow Hill and 8 in Berlin) at its Worcester County facilities over a 36‑month period. The contract is fixed‑price and includes semi‑annual inspections, on‑call repair work with a 4‑day response window, trip charges, man‑lift usage, and parts/materials. Bidders must have at least two years of experience, own equipment and staff, be fully insured, and be registered with the State Department of Assessments and Taxation.
