Description
The City of Melbourne is seeking a contractor to construct the Lower Croton Road Force Main, extending approximately 3,600 linear feet from the capped terminus of the recently‑built Western Sewer Force Main Phase 1 to the northwest corner of Croton Road and Sarno Road. Work includes installing multiple diameters of PVC force‑main pipe (12‑ to 36‑inch), associated fittings, valves, and connections, using open‑cut, horizontal directional drilling, and jack‑and‑bore techniques. The scope also covers removal and replacement of asphalt and sidewalks, site grading, landscaping restoration, irrigation adjustments, traffic maintenance, and reinstatement of affected utilities.
