Malcolm Terrace Park Bridge and Deer Creek Stabilization

The City of Creve Coeur is seeking qualified contractors to execute the Malcolm Terrace Park Bridge removal and downstream channel stabilization. The work includes complete bridge demolition, regrading and biostabilization of roughly 100 linear feet of channel bank, rock grade control, rock toe and outfall protection, replacement of existing pipe, roadway pavement restoration, and associated site improvements. The scope is detailed in the Project Manual and Construction Plans and may be adjusted by the City at any time. • Bridge removal and demolition of existing structure • Regrading and biostabilization of ~100 LF channel bank • Installation of rock grade control, rock toe, and outfall protection • Pipe replacement, roadway pavement restoration, and related civil works • Optional pre‑bid meeting on 10/29/2026; bids due 11/12/2026 at the City’s Public Works office.
