SPEECH THERAPY SERVICES

The Franklin Township Board of Education is seeking qualified vendors to provide comprehensive speech‑therapy services (therapy and evaluations) for K‑12 students identified in Individualized Education Plans. The contract covers three fiscal years (July 1 2026 – June 30 2029) with the possibility of extensions, and vendors must supply licensed New Jersey speech‑language pathologists, meet stringent insurance and compliance requirements, and submit detailed hourly and evaluation rate proposals. • Scope: ~125 students, ~7 therapy hours per day, 5 days/week (≈1,470 hrs/year) plus on‑as‑needed evaluations. • Requirements: NJ‑licensed SLPs, background checks, $1 M general/professional liability & workers’ comp, numerous certifications (EEO, ADA, debarment, etc.). • Submission: Electronic proposal via Colbi Secure Bids by 9 a.m. EST on June 2 2026; includes cost proposal, certifications, insurance proof, and ownership disclosures. • Evaluation: Technical (34 pts), Management (18 pts), Cost (28 pts); award expected around June 23 2026.
