The Town of Needham is soliciting sealed bids for an on‑call carpentry services contract to provide labor, materials, and related services for municipal facilities on an as‑needed basis. The contract is a one‑year term (Jan 1 2027 – Dec 31 2027) with the option to extend up to four additional one‑year renewals at the Town’s discretion.
