This solicitation seeks a qualified contractor to demolish an existing entrance sign and associated site elements, then design, fabricate, and install a new monument sign, vehicular island, concrete walkway, wood guardrail, lighting, electrical service, and landscaping at the Gwinnett County Environmental & Heritage Center in Buford, GA. The work must be completed within a 90‑day calendar window after issuance of a purchase order, with retainage and liquidated damages provisions. The award will be based on a single lump‑sum price; detailed quantity breakdowns are not required.
• Demolition of existing sign, gates, lighting and utilities, plus site preparation and erosion control.
• Design, fabrication, and installation of a dual‑sided monument sign with high‑pressure laminate graphics, concrete vehicular island, walkways, and wood guardrail.
• Full electrical work including new lighting fixtures, service panel, conduit, and temporary power during construction.
• Landscaping, grading, seeding/sodding, and planting to restore site aesthetics.
