This solicitation seeks a single, lump‑sum price from a qualified contractor to demolish the existing entrance sign, gates and lighting at the Gwinnett County Environmental & Heritage Center and to design and construct a new monument sign, vehicular island, concrete walkway, wood guardrail, lighting, electrical service, and associated landscaping. The contractor must handle all aspects of demolition, concrete work, masonry, signage fabrication, electrical installation, and site landscaping, coordinating with multiple utility providers and adhering to strict safety, environmental, and schedule requirements.
• Demolition of existing sign, gates, lighting and associated utilities.
• Design, fabricate, and install a dual‑sided monument sign with high‑pressure laminate graphics and integrated lighting.
• Construct a new vehicular island, concrete walkway, CMU walls, and wood guardrail, adhering to specified concrete mix designs and structural details.
• Provide full electrical service, new lighting fixtures, and coordination with Georgia Power and other local utilities.
• Perform site grading, erosion control, landscaping (sod, plantings), and obtain final inspections/occupancy.
