The City of San Antonio seeks a qualified vendor to provide comprehensive event staffing and management services for the Henry B. Gonzalez Convention Center. The contractor will supply a blended “Event Staff Attendant” workforce covering parking attendants, badge and bag checkers, handheld metal‑detecting operators, ticket scanners, ushers, elevator operators, wayfinding/greeters, and event safety control staff. Staffing levels are determined per event by the Licensee or the City, and the contractor must handle background checks, drug screening, and provide a full‑time liaison for non‑billable coordination. Rates are submitted as a flat hourly fee inclusive of all overhead, with a minimum 15 % commission embedded for the City.
