Description
The State of Missouri is seeking an interim janitorial services provider for the East Elm Street State Office Building in Jefferson City (approximately 72,500 sq ft, ~275 employees). The contract will commence upon award and remain in effect until the Department terminates with 30‑day written notice. Services include daily, weekly, and monthly cleaning tasks, supply provision, equipment maintenance, and compliance with security and environmental standards. Vendors must have at least two years of experience cleaning office buildings of similar size, reside within 30 mi of the site, and be registered in MissouriBUYS. A pre‑bid conference and optional building tour are scheduled for 26 Oct 2026. Bids are due 2 Nov 2026, 2 PM CT.
