Parks Facilities Rental & Event Management Services

The City of Cincinnati is seeking a firm to provide facility rental and event management services for its parks facilities. The selected firm will be responsible for marketing, reservations, and event management, as well as providing fee-based services such as catering and equipment rental. The firm will work closely with the City's parks staff to achieve the City's operational goals for the facilities. The contract will have an initial term of five years, with up to three optional two-year renewal terms. The City is looking for a firm that can provide high-quality services, maximize rentals, and drive revenue to support the City's parks operations.
