Description
The State of Tennessee’s Department of Finance & Administration is seeking a single, full‑service Pharmacy Benefits Manager (PBM) to administer all pharmacy‑benefits functions for its Group Insurance Program. The PBM will be responsible for formulary design, network management, claims adjudication, utilization management, rebate handling, reporting, and member/provider support across every state‑sponsored health plan that includes pharmacy benefits. Only one vendor will be selected, and all proprietary information must be protected under a strict NDA before detailed specifications (Attachment 6.6) are released.
• Provide end‑to‑end PBM services for every SGIP plan, including formulary, network, claims, and analytics.
