Los Angeles Fire and Police Pensions (LAFPP) is seeking a qualified catering firm to provide food‑service for its Financial Planning Education (FPE) seminars held throughout the city. The contractor will develop menus, prepare and serve a light continental breakfast and a full lunch for groups of 40‑100 participants, supply all serving equipment, handle set‑up and clean‑up, and comply with California food‑safety regulations. The contract is a three‑year agreement covering roughly 20‑25 seminars per year, with attendance averaging 66 participants per event. Proposals must be submitted by November 12, 2026, and questions are due by October 26, 2026. Evaluation will consider experience, qualifications, food quality, staffing, and price; finalists may be invited to taste‑tests or interviews.
