Katy Independent School District (Katy ISD) is seeking one or more vendors to provide a district‑wide portfolio of software products and online subscriptions for use across more than 100 campuses and administrative departments. The contract will be awarded on a non‑exclusive basis, with purchase orders issued on an as‑needed basis throughout the contract term. The initial contract term is three (3) years (01/25/2027 – 01/24/2030) with an option to renew annually for up to two additional years, potentially extending to 01/24/2032. Selections will be based on a percentage discount off the vendor’s published catalog price and on the ability to meet extensive technical, security, privacy, and accessibility requirements (e.g., SSO, TX‑RAMP, CIPA, FERPA, COPPA, WCAG 2.1 AA). Vendors must submit sealed proposals by 2:00 PM CST on 12/01/2026 and may attend a pre‑proposal conference on 11/04/2026. The anticipated total spend is approximately $57 million. • Scope includes instructional, AI, SaaS, business, security, library, special‑education, and other educational software. • Vendors must provide discount structures, implementation, training, and ongoing support. • Compliance with district‑wide technology standards, data‑privacy agreements, and accessibility reporting is mandatory. • Multiple vendors may be awarded; the district may add or remove campuses during the term.
