Security Guard Services

• Unarmed security guard services at Modesto Transit Center, 24 hrs / day, 7 days / week, 365 days / year. • Minimum one complete patrol round every 60 minutes per shift, documented via RFID/NFC/QR electronic tracking. • Monthly patrol reports, daily activity logs, and 24‑hour incident reporting; penalties for missed patrols or late reports. • Contractor must hold California Private Patrol Operator license, provide BSIS‑registered guards, maintain $2 M CGL, $1 M auto, workers’ comp, and $10 M umbrella insurance, and supply a 24/7 supervisor. • Contract term of five years (Mar 1 2027 – Feb 28 2032) with firm‑fixed‑price monthly payments; proposal due 2 Dec 2026.
